A: IMVU credits are real money in IMVU. You need credits to shop the catalog, give gifts to friends and pay for other services in IMVU. You can buy credits for about $1 per 1000 on the IMVU buy credits page or for a much lower price on credit reseller site - regnarts | IMVU Credits.

A: A IMVU credit reseller is someone (usually a IMVU developer or a group of developers) that sells their credits directly to you and keeps the prices much lower than IMVU. Because you are purchasing credits directly from the developers, they cost less money.

A: No! regnarts | IMVU Credits is not affiliated with IMVU Inc. regnarts | IMVU Credits is part of regnarts.com which was founded in Sep 2007 by pro IMVU developer regnarts. You only buy credits from one pro developer’s account.

A: Yes! regnarts | IMVU Credits is a registered reseller (ID 23991690) that sells credits at discounted rates as part of the IMVU Reseller Program.
Q: How do I purchase credits from "regnarts | IMVU Credits"?
A: Please write to sales@regnarts.net to make an order with providing the following information:
1. avatar to receive credits
2. the amount of credits you want to purchase (at least 50,000 credits)
Instructions on how to make the payment will be sent to you via email. Credits will be transfered to you MANUALLY within 6 hours once the payment is made.
Q: Is my purchase going to be instant transfer?
A: credit sales are currently NOT INSTANT due to recent fraudulent activities. Your credits will be transfered to your IMVU account MANUALLY within 6 hours once the payment is received.
Q: Do you accept eChecks?
A: eChecks are accpected, however your credits will not be transferred until your eCheck has cleared through the banking system into our Paypal account. It usually takes five to ten business days.
Q: Do you accept Money Orders?

Q: Why haven't I received my credits? HELP!!
A: Don't panic!! Please send an email to support@regnarts.net with your paypal email address, IMVU Avatar name, credit amount purchased and date immediately. I will look into the issue and get back to you ASAP!!
Q: What is Credit Cost Comparison? Why?
A: Credit Cost Comparison is a comparison list sort by the cost of 100,000 credits of the major credit resellers on IMVU. It is considered as a feature and service of regnarts | IMVU Credits. It will save you a lot of time to know who has the best price of certain amount of credits. I'll update this list every one to two weeks, but I'm not responsible for any minute-to-minute changes that other resellers make on their prices. You may check their prices via the links I provided. Support your favourite developers and buy from them, or from their reseller.
