- By purchasing IMVU Credits from the regnarts, you agree to the following stipulated Terms and Conditions.
- Please ensure that you enter your avatar name correctly without the 'guest_' prefix.
- Whichever selected payment you made, you agreed that you must have the owner's permission to use a credit/debit card or Paypal account when purchasing credits from regnarts. If a chargeback be made after a successful purchase of credits from regnarts because of unauthorised use, or for any other reason, please be aware that your IMVU account will be disabled and you may also face criminal proceedings.
- All credits bought from the regnarts can only be used in IMVU.
- Normally, credits are sent to your IMVU Avatar manually within 6 hours once the payment is made, however it may be delayed by technical difficulties beyond our control such as issues from Paypal or IMVU server.
- If you purchase with a eCheck, your credits will not be transferred until your eCheck has cleared through the banking system into our Paypal account. It usually takes fice to ten business days.
- Fraudulent activity will result in the permanent banning of your account from regnart | IMVU Credits, and is likely to result in IMVU banning your avatar as well.
- Please cease to continue the transaction if you disagree to the Terms and Conditions.
